If you're not satisfied with a Starter or Pro subscription payment or a credit pack purchase from Verse2owners, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@blueowlboost.app and we'll help.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is completed, the credits from that payment are removed from your wallet. You can cancel a subscription any time in Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. You can see every purchase, charge and refund in your wallet history.
