Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BlueOwl Boost ("the service") is operated by Verse2owners ("we", "us"). When you use the service you are entering into an agreement with Verse2owners.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. The service

BlueOwl Boost is a creator discovery and promotion tool. You can build a profile, appear in Discover, submit campaigns for admin review and share trackable links. We do not sell followers, likes or views, do not use bots, and do not guarantee any traffic, follower, engagement or sales numbers.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must own or manage any profile or link you submit.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or impersonating others;
• uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the service;
• generating fake visits or clicks on campaign links.

6. Credits, payments and taxes

Credits are optional, one-time digital purchases that can be used only inside BlueOwl Boost. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Current prices are on our Pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, the matching credits are removed from your balance.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the service.

8. Our intellectual property

Verse2owners owns the service, including its software, design, documentation and the BlueOwl Boost name and logo. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts for a material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time. When an account closes, its profile is removed from Discover and its data is deleted or anonymised as described in our Privacy Notice.
